I hereby apply for 12 months membership to Westhorpe Club House Ltd and enclose my subscription of £95, children under 16 years £45 for the 2003 season.
I undertake to abide by the club rules and that I accept the conditions contained within
the booklet and also absolve the club, its officers and members from liability
from any injury or damage to myself or my property from any cause whatsoever.
The club will be closed for Christmas and for the months of January and February.
Please make cheques payable to Westhorpe Club House Ltd.
Guests, including children under 16 year who participate in water sports are requested to pay
£5 per person per day.
Guests not participating in water sports may use the facilities
free of charge.
We ask members who book the middle lake to call at the club house to pay for their
booking before launching their boat.
If any of their guests wish to use the shower facilities please inform them there is
a day membership fee of £5.
THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF RESPECTFULLY REQUEST ALL MEMBERS AND FRIENDS
TO NOT BRING THEIR OWN FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE CLUB HOUSE OR SURROUNDING AREA.
Members who book early morning sessions on the large lake may bring hot drinks onto the premises, hot and cold food is available from
9.30 till 7.30pm.
All subscriptions and guest fees include VAT.
If a membership is not renewed on time it will be backdated to
the appropriate
month
