Everything you need to know

Can I bring my dog?

Although we love your Furry friends, we are currently a working farm so we don’t allow dogs on site.

Can I bring my own food?

We ask that you don’t bring your own food or drink when visiting us. We have a fully licensed bar that serves food & drink.

Do I need to wear a wetsuit while participating in any of the watersports?

It’s completely up to you, if it’s a bit cold you’ll probably want that extra layer to keep you warm. We have wetsuits freely available for you to use. If you’re unsure, just let us know when you get there and we can advise.

I don't fancy taking part but can I come and watch while my friends go on the lake?

Absolutely! Come along even if you don’t fancy getting wet. With a licensed bar you can have a drink while sitting by the side of the lake.

What safety equipment is provided?

On most of our activities it is required by law that you wear the relevant safety equipment for example, this includes a buoyancy aid. On the non-motorised activities, it’s compulsory for anyone under the age of 18 to wear a buoyancy aid and highly recommended for the adults too. All equipment is included in the cost of hire.

Do I need any experience to take part?

All abilities are welcome, whether it’s your first time on a wake board or you’re trying to nail that back flip. All beginners tuition is included in the price of our activities, no experience required.

It's raining, is my booking still on?

We can’t control the weather, it’s England and rain will never stop us having fun. You’re going to wet anyway…
