SUP Yoga is here...

We have teamed up with the talented Emma. Reconnect with nature through floating meditation, breathwork and a flow of Yoga postures to build strength, balance and calm. Each class ends with a peaceful floating Savasana to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded. Please note this class is open to over 18s only. No previous Paddling, Yoga or SUP Yoga experience is necessary, however all participants must be able to swim at least 25m and be confident in water wearing a buoyancy aid.
